My name is Matt “Mattyice” Smyth and I couldn’t carry a note if it had a handle on it. Strangely enough, I always had a strong ear for music.

With my uncle being a DJ, it naturally made sense for him to introduce it to me where I supported him DJing private events across Connecticut. From then I went on to DJ college parties at UConn during my time there and graduated with a Business Management Degree.

After 5 years of developing my DJ skills, I’ve landed in Boston where I have been DJing bars, clubs, and private events across the city and the state of Massachusetts for the past 2 years.

I look forward to each event and take pride in quality work, using detailed planning and coordination to executive effectively

My Uncle, Eugene Smyth, began his DJ career in 1986 while attending Southern Connecticut State University. His passion for music inspired me to follow in his footsteps and pick up where he left off.
